According to the new ruling by the legislation under OHS training in Sydney, Australia, certain modifications have been made. These guidelines suggest that businesses (irrespective of their nature) have to undertake OHS training in their organization if they have 20 or more than 20 employees.

If the guidelines are not met with, the organization can be fined up to $550,000. These modifications have been made while keeping in view the health and well being of the employees in an organization. According to the new ruling, workers should be well aware of the environment that they are a part of.

As the new ruling was announced, the demand for OHS training programs saw an all time high. And, so to meet the desired demand, various online, web based and customized OHS training suites are now being offered by multiple HR companies.
