Foods That Need To Be Eliminated From Your Diet
Thursday, August 28th, 2008Whether your free online diets tell you or not, there are foods and drinks that you need to avoid to successfully lose weight. You can’t expect to lose weight if you still eat the same unhealthy foods that got you to the point of needing a diet. If these foods have been a portion of your diet, you must attempt to eliminate or at the very least, reduce. Starting with drinks, you must stay away from all alcohol, all sodas and most caffeinated drinks (except for tea and coffee). You must also stay away from junk foods (like chips), fast foods (burgers), and desserts (chocolate); basically foods that are high in saturated and/or trans fats.
