I’m getting married in a few months and everyone is telling us what to do – “You must wear white, you’ve got to invite Aunt Susan, Uncle Mark, cousins Paul, Sarah and Jo and my Great Aunty Ida, and you’ve got to have these flowers and this food” etc, etc. The one thing we do know is that we’re going to have a tower of cheese wedding cake. I don’t care if my sister’s allergic to cheese, we love cheese and that’s that. I found a brilliant catering company who can make a tower of cheese 15 storeys high, with a tiny goats cheese on the top and surrounded by grapes and crackers at the bottom. All In had to do was type event catering essex into google and I found them almost straight way.
