Make sure you shake the interviewers hand properly and with confidence. Make the effort to smile though not so much that you appear ludicrous. It gives a good atmosphere and makes you appear more confident than you already are. It may also kill the butterflies in your tummy and remember also that the interviewer will be nervous too.
