Consider all the things that you have to get done and decide which of them need deferring to another time so that you can focus. Now get into the habit of doing this often. Although you need to commit to sticking with this, as time goes on you’ll notice that your task list is more manageable. Your productivity will increase along with enjoying more of your personal life.
