Losing forty pounds in a month is not often safe, however there are ways to do it. This is not in the least bit going to be a cake walk however, it will take extreme discipline and a complete change in the way you think about everything from what you eat to how you exercise. The first step to lose 40 pounds of course is to detox your body of all those accumulated toxins from processed foods, sugars, and fats you’ve been eating. This process alone usually takes longer than a month if done safely. Your goal shouldn’t be to lose weight fast, it should be to lose it and keep it off, this takes a retraining in your entire routine to make it a habit.
