I just saw a documentary about weird medical procedures, and one of the things that they covered was this thing called Colon cleansing. I was really shocked as this guy went through the procedure and he watched as years of decaying food was being prompt out of his intestines through a clear tube and he was watching it whizz by. I do have to admit that it actually made me want to learn how to cleanse your colon because the guy was talking about how much better he felt when the thing was over — even though he was kind of grossed out by watching it happen.
