Its been a year since I gave up drinking soda. And you know what? I don’t even miss it anymore. If I’m thirsty, I drink water, not soda. It used to be so bad that I’d come in from a workout and instead of drinking a big glass of water, I’d hit the soda immediately. No wonder I was chronically dehydrated (and I’m sure the fact that I rarely drank water sure hurt my cross country race times back in high school.)
