You won’t be faced with any high maximum co-payments with this option. VlueChoice/NetSaver is another available option for enrollees. These are of higher priority on this plan; next come well-child and preventive care visits. The HMO 15 Plan requires members to pay a higher monthly premium, but the co-payments for doctor and preventive care visits are low. Another is the HMO 40 Plan; this plan is designed for people who don’t visit the doctor often. The premium rates are low, but doctor visit co-payments are high.
