Finding the WAFCU in You

The people that know have noticed that I have lost a couple of pounds. Some have tell me how “good” I am looking now and this makes me happy. I like to hear comments like that because in a way they keep me focus to continue my goal. Four months ago I started exercising and really focusing on eating healthy fat. I don’t want to eat the bad fats because I don’t want to gain weight. My goal is to lose at least 10 more pounds. If I lose more pounds I would feel even better about myself. I need to keep working out.
