Whenever I get asked by people about methods to lose stomach fat and get abs the first thing people usually come up with is that you need to work your stomach muscles to get abs?! This is simply not true and is counter-productive to actually getting real results.

To get more ripped abs you should focus on high intensity workouts that involve your whole entire body – especially your legs. To get abs means to burn stomach fat and the best way to do that is by getting your biggest muscles to activate. When you do high intensity interval training it makes it a breeze to get abs.
