Finding the WAFCU in You

Each and every day, I feel so tired.  It does not matter if I go to bed early or not.  I am still tired.  I wonder if I have some kind of deficiency in vitamins or something.  I have heard that you need to get plenty of iron in your diet to keep from being tired.  Eating spinach and other leafy green vegetables are good for that reason, too.  I am working on finding out how to stop feeling tired.  I am ready to feel terrific instead of feeling so wrung out all of the time.  If you have any hints, please let me know.
