I have done a few detox diets in the past and have decided that I can handle more then a 3 day detox diet. I am now looking for a 7 day plan because I want to experience more of a healing and do a more in depth cleansing. The internet has a ton of information that will get me started on my next detox. One issue I am having is that I am in training for a road race and running several days a week. I am afraid I won’t be able to run as much while I am doing my longer cleansing.
