I have a word of warning to anyone interested in taking yoga classes for the first time. Although at first glance yoga may seem like an easy exercise to start, be careful on how you choose your instructor. You could permanently damage your body if you do the exercises incorrectly. A proper yoga instructor will be able to guide you through a variety of poses that are right for you and not push you. At the very least make sure your instructor has been through the Home Study Yoga Teacher Certification before they try pushing any bad forms on to you.
