In the United States as well as countless other countries around the world, coffe is the beverage of choice. However, not everyone realizes the truth about coffee. Coffee has many benefits. For example, coffee can give you that added boost that you might need in the morning when you’re tired. There has also been a lot of research done lately that says that coffee may help to reduce the risks of certain diseases such as diabetes and certain types of cancer. Coffee can also have negative effects. For example, because all coffee contains caffeine (even decaf coffee!), it can cause your heart to speed up causing you to sometimes be really jittery. Coffee can also stain your teeth (especially if you drink it everyday). Let’s not forget about the dreaded "coffee breath" also.
