What are some good tummy exercises? This is a question that people ask me all the time, especially when they schedule their first consulation with me. The two tummy exercises that I say are the bery best are leg raises and the reverse crunch. But, really the best exercises for getting a flat stomach have nothing to do at all with sit ups or anything like that. You should actually focus on weight training and cardio. Many do not think of weight training when they think of ab exercises, but this is important because it builds lean muscle needed for fat loss
