My husband and I had some other black wrought iron pieces in our living room and we wanted to continue the theme with a lamp that would also be made of iron. Some claim theirs are and they are when shopping locally but I have not even come close to how cheap they are on the Internet. Even with shipping and handling you can save a lot by using coupons and sending my Floor Lamps to my address direct is better than waiting for fickle late moving companies who seem to always have lost my objects I love so much. Now I shop for most all my house hold needs. I also find them great for reading.
