I had no idea that driving under the influence was a criminal offense.  Of course,  when I got in the car I did not realize that I was going to be driving under the influence.  Then I got stopped in a routine traffic stop and found out both.  I hired a tampa criminal law firm to represent me and waited for my court date.  I would like to say that I felt secure going to court with a criminal attorney but I do not think I could ever feel secure going into court.  I did like being well represented and would not have wanted to be there alone.
