If you think that being a congressman or a mayor is the best of all jobs in the government, wait till you can read about how much a U.S. fighter pilot earns.  When you become a fighter pilot, you will be receiving a salary of around $35,000 and that’s just the starting point plus added incentives like tax free government housing and food allowance, with 30 days of vacation with pay each year, comprehensive medical and dental care & a $250,000-low cost life insurance and a variety of recreational facilities and that’s only for a 2nd Lieutenant. For a Colonel, the starting salary would be $108,000. But before you can even get to the middle, you have to earn the respects of your officer that’s why it’s required that you really have to have a good fighter pilot training.  You need to know what to undergo to be there on top.  If you want to have an idea, you can go to a site that offers a good information on how you can become an Air Force pilot.  Why not try to take a look-see and find out if you’re qualified to be one that could take the skies.
