Finding the WAFCU in You

When I was a child, my family didn’t have much money. We couldn’t afford to buy new school clothes, let alone wonderful toys. I loved to play dress-up, though, and was always trying to make ball gowns out of my mother’s old fabric scraps. But I secretly wanted children’s fancy dress costumes. When I went over to my friends’ houses, I put theirs on and twirled around until I was dizzy. I imagined the wonderful games I could create if I had some of my own. So now that I am grown and have children of my own, that is one thing I am going to make sure they have.
