Card hands are ranked Ace (high), King, Queen, Jack, Ten, Nine, Eight, etc. The Ace can appear low only if it is part of a low straight (A, 2, 3, 4, 5) or a straight flush. Suits have no value unless you have drawn a Bodog Poker Review (numbers in a row of the same suit). Hands are always the best five cards, even if the game uses seven cards to make a hand (as in seven-card stud).
The hand values are as follows: Straight flush (cards in a row of the same suit), four of a kind (four of the same card, one from each suit), full house (three of one card and two of another), flush (five cards of the same suit, regardless of number order), straight (cards in a row such as 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), three of a kind (three of the same number or face card), two pair (two sets of numbers or face cards), one pair ( a pair of one number or face card) or a high card (the highest card out of the five cards).
