Finding the WAFCU in You

I have been training like a man possessed over the last few weeks in order to get myself in really good shape. I have taken to doing three or four middle distance runs per week and really analysing every thing I eat to make sure I am not taking any extra unnecessary calories on board. It is surprising how much fat there is in every day foods. I have also taken to supplementing with Sci-MX Lean Grow MRF as a relatively low calorie meal replacement. I use it twice daily in order to cut my overall calorie consumption. I prefer the choc flavour to be honest but there are quite a few to choose from.
