DISH Network ranked "#1 in Customer Satisfaction Among Satellite/Cable TV Subscribers" by J.D. Power and Associates. Cable Companies fell way behind in this category. Where as DIRECTV was ranked "Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Satellite/Cable TV Subscribers" by J.D. Power and Associates. For the seventh year in a row, DIRECTV scored higher in customer satisfaction than every cable company measured in the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
